Lane McFarland

Lane McFarland has extensive experience in talent management and people operations. They currently hold the role of Sr. Director, Talent Management at Flashpoint, where they are responsible for managing the departmental budget, providing executive coaching to senior leadership, and designing and implementing a Learning & Development framework. Prior to this role, Lane served as Director, Talent Management at Flashpoint and People Operations Director at an undisclosed company. They also have experience as a Board Member and Advisor in the Learning & Development Group at Georgian, as well as previous roles in people operations, district management, business development, and operations. Lane has a strong background in talent management strategies, leadership development, and organizational development.

Lane McFarland holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Music from Westminster College (PA), which was obtained from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Lane has obtained various certifications in areas such as change management, executive leadership, and defensive tactics from institutions like LinkedIn, Saylor Academy, and INPAX Academy.
