Javier Lucia Ondé

Javier Lucia is a UX Researcher at Flat 101 since April 2022, specializing in usability testing, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights on user behavior across various industries, including fashion, tech, food, and B2B, while optimizing website navigation through information architecture restructuring for medium-sized businesses. Prior experience includes serving as a Process Engineer at Héroux-Devtek Spain, where technical documentation for A400M equipment was reviewed and SAP S/4HANA records were maintained, and as a Rural Development Specialist at ADRI Jiloca-Gallocanta, leading LEADER program projects to foster economic and social growth while addressing rural housing challenges. Earlier, Javier was a Computer Science Instructor at Gaude & Novel. Educational credentials include a UX Design and Figma course from CADI, a Service Design Specialization from the Universidad de Zaragoza, a degree in Industrial Design and Product Development Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza, and studies in Design and Technology Futures at TalTech.
