Binu Jacob

Binu Jacob serves as the Group Human Resources Manager at Flat White Specialty Coffee since September 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources across various organizations. Previously, Binu held positions such as Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Professional at London Education Centre from September 2021 to August 2023, and Human Resources Operations Specialist at Manna International Qatar from December 2019 to August 2021. Binu's career began at NBTC Group, where progressively advanced from Human Resources Coordinator to Senior Human Resources Officer between December 2015 and November 2019. Additional roles include Officer in Human Resources at JSW Steel Ltd, Community Development Coordinator in Nepal, HR & Administrative Executive at Mahindra Rise, and Instructor at Garden City University. Binu holds a Master of Social Work in Human Resources Management from Christ University and is pursuing a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, along with a Certificate in International Law and Legal Studies.
