Eloy Fierro

Eloy Fierro has worked in a variety of roles in legal and corporate consulting since 2013. In 2013, they began working as an external legal advisor for the H. Ayuntamiento de Guanajuato, Secretaría de Ayuntamiento, where they were responsible for homologation of regulations, bands, and guidelines with state and federal regulations. Eloy also worked as an attorney for Notaría Pública 6 in Guanajuato, Guanajuato, where their duties included corporate governance in public and private organizations, compliance with regulations, and civil, mercantile, and corporate contracts. In 2014, they worked as an analyst at the Procuraduría Fiscal in the Secretaría de Finanzas del Estado de Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave, specializing in administrative matters, administrative litigation, and legal strategy. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a manager at Minería de Alto Rendimiento, S.A. de C.V., where they were responsible for contracts, assignment and management of work, internal regulations, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Since 2019, they have been working as a freelance consultant for Consultoría con impacto social, providing consultancy services in social impact projects and conducting workshops for entrepreneurs. Eloy is currently working as the Regional Head Contractor for Flatfee Corp since 2022.

Eloy Fierro obtained a Licenciatura en Derecho from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua between 2003 and 2008. Eloy then earned their Maestría en Derecho Comercial y de los Negocios from the University of Buenos Aires between 2010 and 2012. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Critical Thinking from LinkedIn, and in 2019 they obtained a certification in Servicios de Consultoría from the Consejo Nacional de Normalización y Certificación de Competencias Laborales.
