Mica Ward

Mica Ward, MEP, currently serves as the Corporate Communications Manager at Flatiron Construction since September 2022. With extensive experience in project management and communications, Mica has been with DE Tech since January 2004, fulfilling the roles of Project Manager and Senior Team Lead, focusing on emergency management consulting for various federal agencies. From November 2018 to June 2022, Mica worked as the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at GCC, leading communication and government relations initiatives across multiple states. Prior experience includes serving as a Communications & Media Specialist at the Denver Clerk and Recorder from 2015 to 2018, where Mica enhanced employee engagement and inter-agency relationships, and as a Risk Communications Specialist at Argonne National Laboratory from 1994 to 2003, contributing to crisis communication strategies for several federal entities.
