Joe Miller

Joe Miller is a Managing Partner of Flatiron Search Partners. He has spent the last 10 years driving scalable business strategies for high-growth companies in the branded consumer space. He has a deep background in cross-functional management and financial analysis, and a track record of attracting and managing winning teams, driving superior operational execution, and achieving aggressive growth targets.

Most recently, Joe ran operations for SoulCycle and was a member of the executive team and the operating and recruiting committees. He was responsible for overseeing all field operations and P&L and personnel management for 1,500+ employees across the 85-studio portfolio.

Prior to SoulCycle, Joe was a founder and the head of operations at Catalant ($75M funding from General Catalyst and Highland Capital Partners), which empowers global enterprises to access on-demand skills and expertise across internal and external talent pools.

Joe has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a background in investment banking and strategy and business development. He is also an active investor and hands-on operator in the franchise space.
