Martin Johansen

Martin Johansen has a diverse range of work experience. Martin began their career as a First Assistant Manager at REMA 1000 Danmark from 2010 to 2016. Martin then worked at Verisure, starting as an Alarm Operator from 2015 to 2017, where they responded to alarm signals, provided customer service, and offered internal support. Martin was promoted to Team Supervisor Monitoring, leading a team of alarm operators and managing KPIs.

After their time at Verisure, Martin joined Forsvaret, the Danish military branch, as a Sergeant from 2017 to 2019. During their tenure, they gained leadership and interpersonal skills while serving their country.

Returning to Verisure, Martin held various roles in the Technical Department. As a Team Supervisor monitoring, they focused on optimizing business processes and reducing costs. Martin then became a Team Leader in Technical Support, responsible for driving continuous improvement and promoting technical collaboration. As Department Manager TECH, they enhanced the department's capabilities and knowledge while fostering collaboration within the organization. Finally, Martin became the Head of TECH, where they provided leadership and direction to ensure the smooth functioning of all technical aspects of the company's operations at Verisure.

Their most recent work experience is as the Head of POS at Flatpay, a position they started in 2023.

Martin Johansen began their education in 2010 at Zealand Business College, where they pursued a Gymnasieeksamen in Communication and Media Studies. Martin completed this program in 2013. Later, Martin enrolled in Copenhagen Business School in 2021, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics, which is expected to be completed in 2024. Additionally, in the same year, they also began another program at Copenhagen Business School, working towards an HD degree, although the field of study for this degree is not specified and it is currently ongoing.
