Nick Pinto

Nick Pinto is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Regional Manager for FLATS since January 2021, Nick previously managed The Draper, a significant development with 710 apartments, and The Lawrence House, a 344-unit residence. Prior to this role, Nick worked at The Habitat Company, where responsibilities included assisting the Property Manager of a 394-unit rental residence and serving as a Leasing Consultant. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Marketing from DePaul University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
