Shanel Wheeler

Shanel Wheeler is an experienced property management professional currently serving as a Property Manager at FLATS since April 2023, overseeing The Miller, a 226-unit lease-up project. Prior to this role, Shanel held the position of Senior Property Manager at Avenue5 Residential from September 2019 to April 2023, managing the Uptown NW Collection, which included 156 residential units and four retail spaces, as well as the Heirloom Apartments with 286 units.
