Gilad Bornstein

Gilad Bornstein has a diverse and extensive work experience. Gilad is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of FlatWorld.co, where they are revolutionizing remote hiring by matching companies with the right remote talent using an automated process. Prior to this, they were the Senior VP of Engineering & Operations at Crossover for Work, where they played a key role in shaping the future of remote work and leading global engineering departments. Gilad also worked as the Director of the software R&D department at Elbit Systems Ltd, where they transformed the department into modern web development and implemented solid DevOps practices. Before that, they held various roles at Qualcomm, including Director of Engineering and SW Group Manager, where they oversaw multiple projects and led the Ultrasound project. Gilad also served as the Open Innovation Lab Manager, driving technical and business development in Qualcomm Israel's Open Innovation Lab. Throughout their career, Gilad has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on innovation and operational excellence.

Gilad Bornstein completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 1996 and 2000. Gilad then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Executive MBA in English from the University of Haifa between 2014 and 2015.
