Samantha C. Coxe

Samantha C. Coxe is the Founder and CEO of Flaus, a Public Benefit Corporation, since February 2019. Prior to this role, Samantha served as a Corporate M&A Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from September 2017 to March 2021, where expertise was demonstrated in advising on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate governance and securities law matters. Previous experiences include positions as a Summer Associate at Skadden in 2016, a Pathways Fellow at the United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission in 2015, a Research Assistant at USC Gould School of Law, and roles at USC Psychology Department and Brown White & Osborn LLP. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor (JD) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Southern California.
