Sébastien Rezzonico

Sébastien Rezzonico has a strong background in operations and management. Sébastien started their career at Montres Suisses Diffusion in 2003, where they worked as a Country Coordinator and Sales & Operations Manager. In 2007, they joined Equinoxe Distribution as a Retail Operations Manager. In 2011, they took on a Project Manager role at Akoleo group, where they led a team in updating and repositioning a hospitality brand in the Swiss Alps. In 2013, Sébastien joined IWC Schaffhausen as an Operations Manager and later became the Head of Operations. During their time at IWC, they successfully implemented inventory, assortment, and merchandising strategies, and provided support for regional customer service. Most recently, they joined Flaviar as the Director of US Operations in November 2018.

Sébastien Rezzonico attended the University of Geneva, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Sébastien then pursued further education at IE Business School, where they completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management.
