Calli Grace

Calli Grace has extensive experience in customer experience and support roles. Calli began their career in 2010 as a Marketing Intern at the University of South Carolina Aiken. Calli then worked as a Marketing Representative at South Company from March 2011 to October 2011. From August 2013 to February 2016, they served as an Inventory Manager at American Apparel. In 2014, they worked in Promotions at Republic Records from August 2014 to March 2015. In 2017, they became the Head of Operations at Moonglow, LLC., where they worked until December 2019. From December 2019 to May 2020, they were a Senior Fulfillment Merchant Manager, and from May 2020 to January 2022, they were a Lead in Fulfillment Merchant Management, both at Shopify. After that, they worked at Shopify as a Senior Lead in Merchant Success and Support from January 2022 to March 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at FlavorCloud Inc., where they started in March 2023.

Calli Grace pursued their education at Marymount Manhattan College from 2013 to 2017. During this period, they studied Business with a focus on Leadership.
