Tom Behage

Tom Behage has a diverse work experience history. Tom is currently working at Flawless Workflow B.V. as both the CCO and Managing Consultant. Before that, they worked as a Managing Consultant at the same company. Tom also has experience at Boskalis Nederland, where they completed their Masterscriptie.

Prior to Boskalis Nederland, Tom was a Partner at PIP Advice, a student advisory firm specializing in analytical solutions for SMBs, municipalities, and educational institutions. Tom was responsible for internal coordination, business development, finances, and also undertook consultancy work.

Furthermore, Tom has served in various positions at A.S.V. Taste, including being a Member of the Supervisory Board and participating in several committees. Tom also held roles at Business Days Twente, where they served as a Member of the Supervisory Board and later became the Chairman of the organization.

Additionally, Tom has relevant experience from working at Royal HaskoningDHV as part of their Bachelor's thesis and as the Acquisition Coordinator for the Race of the Classics as a member of the University of Twente team.

Lastly, Tom gained experience in event organization while at Gemeente Borne, where they were responsible for establishing and growing the Nieuwjaarsduik Borne, an annual New Year's event for the community.

Tom Behage attended the Grundel Lyceum from 2009 to 2015. Tom then went on to study at the University of Twente, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 2018. During their time at the University of Twente, they also completed a minor in Civiele techniek (Civil engineering) at the Universidade de Aveiro from 2017 to 2018. Tom Behage further pursued their education at the University of Twente, earning a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering and Management in 2021.
