Matthew Wiedmeyer, CTP

Director of Fleet Services at Fleet Advantage

Matthew Wiedmeyer, CTP has a long history of work experience, beginning with their service in the US Army from 1987 to 2000 as an E-4 Fire Protection Specialist. From 2000 to 2011, they worked as a Fire Captain and Training Officer at the Hamburg Township Fire Department. In 2011, they moved to the Lake Dreamland Fire Department, where they served as a Retired Fire Captain and Training Officer until 2007. In 2007, they began working at Transervice Logistics Inc., where they held the roles of GM of Maintenance -Regional, Safety Manager, and Transportation Planner/Logistics Supervisor. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Director of Fleet and Facilities Maintenance at Hill Transportation. Matthew currently serves as the Director of Fleet Services at Fleet Advantage.

Matthew Wiedmeyer, CTP has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University, obtained between 2001 and 2005 in the School of Fire Staff and Command. Matthew also attended Master Fleet University in 2017, obtaining a degree in Fleet Maintenance 101. Lastly, they have obtained certifications from the National Fire Academy, including Confined Space Rescue Technician, Hazardous Materials Technician, OSHA 10, and Training Instructor Level 3.
