Jean-Paul (JP) is a North American Sales Manager who oversees the midwestern region of the US. He helps equipment rental companies, and their teams understand that centralizing their software suite benefits everyone from the field employee to the executive and everyone in between. He believes that with Fleet Cost & Care’s products, companies can achieve greater transparency across departments, experience fewer customer facing errors, have a better safety record, and generate greater profits.
With close to three decades of professional sales experience JP believes that finding the right solution and establishing mutual trust with his customers is more important than closing a deal quickly. JP focuses on proper fact-finding, listening, and going deep into a customer’s challenges to help reveal the right strategy. He always gives himself the same goal: to exceed expectations with every customer every time.
JP has a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Eastern Michigan University.
