Drew Hester

Drew Hester is an experienced fleet management professional, currently serving as Fleet Manager at Fleet Team, Inc. since October 2021. Previously, Drew held various positions at UWL, including Transportation Supervisor and Drayage Supervisor, from May 2017 to January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Delivery Service Manager at Menards, and Service/Maintenance Technician at Vandalia Rental. Drew's foundational experience in the industry began as a Journeyman Mason/Foreman at Hester Masonry from 2000 to 2007. Educationally, Drew holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Natural Resources Law Enforcement and Protective Services from Hocking College, along with studies at Sinclair Community College and a high school diploma from Tippecanoe High School.
