Victoria Colclough

Victoria Colclough is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) with extensive HR leadership experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as HR Director for International M&A and Mobility at Cox Automotive Mobility Europe since August 2022, Victoria has held several HR director roles within Cox Automotive Europe since January 2016, focusing on corporate and international M&A strategies. Victoria's career also includes significant positions at Manheim Europe, First Choice Holidays, Compass Group UK & Ireland, and Somerfield, where responsibilities encompassed global people strategies, recruitment, training, and personnel development. Victoria holds a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management and a BA (Hons) in Sociology from the University of Staffordshire.
