Dan then worked as a Business Development Manager at Graduate Advantage, focusing on client account management and team management.

In 2010, Dan founded their own company called i-BDM Ltd as an Independent Business Development Manager. Dan worked with clients in various industries such as defense, security, law enforcement, government, corporate, and new technology. Dan enjoyed the variety of their work and the opportunity to build relationships and connect people.

Dan also worked with several technology companies in advisory and strategic roles. At Fleetonomy.ai, they served as the UK Director Strategic Business Development, advising the founding team and focusing on fleet management software for autonomous vehicles. Dan also served as an Advisor/Founding Team member at ZoVolt Limited, providing strategic business development advice for Peer-to-Peer communications technology in the Internet of Things sector.
