Nicolás Magunacelaya

Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, contributing to the development of innovative collaborative solutions and specialized hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and educational devices. Previously, Chris held the position of firmware engineer at the same company, focusing on firmware and diagnostic tool development. Earlier experience includes working as an electronics contractor for the Science Alberta Foundation, responsible for electronics design and repair, and serving as a teaching assistant at the University of Calgary, where Chris supported various engineering classes. Additionally, Chris worked as an electronics engineer at Grindcom, developing control systems for the forestry industry. Chris holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
