Rachel Shappell

Rachel Shappell is an experienced educator specializing in special education and learning support. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Wilson School District since 2017, Rachel also holds a position as a Learning Support Teacher at Fleetwood Area School District since June 2014. Prior experience includes working as a Special Education Teacher at Harford County Public Schools from 2012 to June 2014, where responsibilities involved crisis response and teaching essential academic skills across various grade levels. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism from Ball State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary/Special Education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
