Scott Rasmussen

Scott Rasmussen is an experienced project manager currently at Fleis & VandenBrink since August 2017, previously holding the same position at ECS Limited from April 2011 to July 2017. At ECS Limited, Scott managed various projects related to subsurface explorations, geotechnical engineering analyses, and construction materials testing services, notably overseeing a quality assurance program for the significant 11th Street Bridge Corridor project valued at $390 million. Scott's earlier roles include serving as a Tennis Teaching Professional for the Town of Cary and a Construction Intern at Habitat for Humanity International. Academically, Scott holds a Master of Civil Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
