Shailender K Chauhan

Shailender K Chauhan has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. Shailender K began their career as a Trainee at DXC Technology in 2002. Shailender K then moved on to become a Client Service Analyst and Senior System Analyst at the same company. In 2008, they joined iEnergizer Aptara Inc. Limited as Manager- IT & ERP and Lead ERP Consultant. Here, they were responsible for managing the entire infrastructure needed for the ERP system, end-to-end implementation, transitions, project management, SLA's, UC's with vendors, UAT, CRP's, and end user training. Shailender K also provided day-to-day direction to the project team and communicated regular project status, issues, and service problems to the management. In 2018, Shailender joined Premier Logic (Alten Calsoft Labs) as Principal Consultant- IT Global Delivery, Product Mgmt, Professional & Consulting Services. Here, they handled client-facing assignments, managed projects/programs/operations for APAC/NA/EMEA countries, and proposed and supported the entire suite of applications like FMS(Financials), SCM (supply chain) and HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions of the Oracle product portfolio. In 2020, they moved on to Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd as Director for IT Digital Transformations at HUDCO, Applications, Infra & Datacentre. Here, they led the Digital Transformation Program for the client-HUDCO. Currently, they are Vice President of Information Technology & Global delivery at Flentis Corporation. Theircurrent responsibilities include creating product roadmap & discoveries, idea to launch, innovations & digital transformations on ERP, mentoring and managing product teams, and managing entire teams onsite/offshore.

Shailender K Chauhan holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Amity University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner from PeopleCert in October 2019, DevOps Master from EXIN your ICT competence partner in February 2018, Oracle PeopleSoft Accounts Payable Certified Implementation Specialist from Oracle in October 2017, Microsoft Specialist: Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions from Microsoft in September 2016, Oracle Peoplesoft PreSales Specialist from Oracle in August 2015, Oracle Peoplesoft Certified Implementation Specialist from Oracle in September 2014, ITIL V.3 FOUNDATION (2011) from PEOPLECERT in July 2014, and Oracle Consultant Certified Expert (OCE) from Oracle in August 2013.
