Kenneth Held

Kenneth Held is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and securities litigation. Currently a Partner at Fletcher Held, PLLC since October 2021, Kenneth previously held partnership positions at prominent firms including Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, Thompson & Knight LLP, Schiffer Odom Hicks & Johnson PLLC, and Vinson and Elkins. Early in Kenneth's career, Kenneth served as an Associate at Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Kenneth began the legal journey as a Law Clerk for Hon. Milton Pollack in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Kenneth earned a JD from Yale Law School and holds an AB in English from Cornell University, with a Junior Year Abroad experience at the University of Cambridge.
