Kimberly Dottolo Roberts

Kimberly Dottolo Roberts currently serves as an Innovative Learning Specialist at Northshore Technical Community College (NTCC) since September 2019, assisting students in career pathways and enhancing online learning through faculty development and quality control of courses. In addition to their role at NTCC, Kimberly is an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Southern Mississippi, teaching courses in Human Capital Development, and at Nunez Community College, focusing on Leadership for Mechatronics. Kimberly has a diverse teaching background, having instructed courses in Developmental Math, Personal Finance, and General Business across multiple community colleges. Previous experience includes work as a Grant Coordinator at NTCC, a Mathematics Teacher at Hammond High Magnet School, and a Dance Instructor at Louisiana State University. Kimberly holds a PhD in Human Resource Education and Workforce Development from Louisiana State University, an MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University, and a BS in Mathematics Education.
