Peter Haden

Peter Haden has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Peter started their career at Procter & Gamble, where they quickly progressed through brand management and sales line roles. Peter then joined McKinsey & Co. as a consultant, eventually becoming a partner and leading the UK Consumer Practice.

Following their time at McKinsey, Peter joined Greencore, a leading food manufacturer, where they held multiple leadership positions. As UK CEO and Executive Director on the PLC Board, they were responsible for driving growth and margin performance. Peter later became the Chief Operating Officer, leading UK operations and transformation, and Chief Development Officer, shaping the company's strategy and driving restructuring efforts.

Most recently, Peter served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fletchers Group, a consumer law business. Under their leadership, revenues grew by approximately 70% and several acquisitions were made to expand the company's services.

Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving growth and transformation in various organizations.

Peter Haden obtained an MA in Physics and Philosophy from the University of Oxford from 1992 to 1995.
