Tim Scott

Tim Scott has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Tim started their career as a Recruitment & Training Manager at the British Red Cross, where they managed a team and oversaw HR functions. Tim then worked as an HR Manager at ARCH Initiatives before becoming an HR Manager at Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership (formerly The Mersey Partnership), where they handled operational and strategic HR issues. Tim later transitioned to working as the Head of People and Organizational Development at Brook, leading the People & OD team and facilitating the merger of seventeen individual charities into one national organization. Tim also worked as an Associate Lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University and founded their own consultancy, The Work Consultancy, where they provided HR advice and solutions to various organizations. Currently, Tim holds the position of People Director at Fletchers Solicitors, a fast-growing law firm specializing in serious injury and clinical negligence law.

Tim Scott attended the University of Liverpool from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with Honors in Philosophy, achieving a 2.1 classification.
