Will Pierce is currently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, LLC, where Will leads growth strategies and market expansion efforts. Prior to their current role, Will co-founded Pierce Dynamics, focusing on solutions for industrial operations. With experience as the Vice President of Engineering at Schurco Slurry and as a Systems Engineer at the Missile Defense Agency, Will brings a wealth of knowledge in engineering and product development. Will has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
