Heather J. Claus

Heather J. Claus has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Heather J. is currently the CEO and co-founder of Flex Axion, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, Heather worked at RAND LABS as a Partner, specializing in Technology Incubation and Acceleration from 2008 to August 2021. RAND LABS focused on research and development and consultancy services for companies of all sizes. Before joining RAND LABS, Heather was a Partner at GMN Capital, LP, a San Francisco-based hedge fund with a $1.2 billion AUM. Heather J. worked at GMN Capital from 2006 to 2008. Heather's earlier experience includes working at Barclays Global Investors as a Portfolio Manager in the Quantitative Research department. Heather J. was responsible for advanced strategies research and establishing broker research networks and direct feeds from investment banks. Heather was with Barclays Global Investors from 1999 to 2003.

Heather J. Claus obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1998. Heather J. further pursued their education at the same institution and completed a Master's Degree in Applied Economics and Finance in 1999. In addition to their academic qualifications, Heather has also obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 7 from FINRA in July 2021 and May 2021 respectively.
