Javier Castro

Javier Castro has been working as an Accountant at Flex Fleet Rental since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Diamond Club Project Manager at doTERRA International LLC from 2019 to 2022. In this role, they managed a region of leaders (Silver-Diamond ranks) in a competitive program. Javier was also responsible for resolving concerns regarding points, enrollments, product incentives, etc. Additionally, they brainstormed business practices with participants and joined their team calls to empower their teams and inform them of the Diamond Club/Silver Club business opportunities.

Javier Castro graduated from the University of Zulia in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
