Joshua James began their work experience in 2008 as a Technical Support Agent at Eastern Oregon Net, Inc., where they provided troubleshooting support to customers in person and over the phone. In 2010, they worked as an intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, assisting customers with rental reservations and upselling additional products. Joshua then worked as a Night Crew Stock employee at Safeway, where they stocked inventory and operated the cash register. In 2013, they worked as a Technical Support Representative Tier 1 at Areotek, providing 1st level technical support for AT&T U-verse customers. Joshua also worked as an Assisted Sales Representative at Mosaic Sales Solutions.
In 2014, Joshua joined Procopy Office Solutions Inc., first as a Connectivity Support Technician, installing and setting up customer's MFP and SFP products, and providing support for scanning and printing issues. Later, they became the Pre-Sales Manager, supervising and assisting the network installation team and providing customer support. Since 2014, they have been serving as the MFP IT Support Manager at Flex Technology Group, where they have been responsible for managing IT support for multi-function printers.
Joshua James attended La Grande High School from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following that, from 2012 to 2013, they attended Fortis College and studied Dental Hygiene/Hygienist. In terms of additional certifications, Joshua obtained the Ricoh Prestige certification from Ricoh Americas Corporation in July 2015. Joshua also obtained the Canon ATSP Associate Certification from Canon, Inc. in April 2018. In addition, Joshua has earned the Fiery Expert Certification from EFI in June 2019 and the EFI Fiery Professional Certification in April 2018.
