Candace Renfrow

Candace Renfrow currently serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Flex since December 2022. Prior roles include Vice President of Talent Management & Acquisition at Comcast, HR Lead at Spark Therapeutics, and multiple leadership positions at Merck, including Head of Leadership Programs and Head of Global Executive Talent Management. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Genpact Pharmalink, Director of Human Resources at QVC, and Head of Talent Management at Endo Pharmaceuticals. Candace began their career at Pfizer as Director of Human Resources and at TIAA as Senior Manager of Human Resources. Candace holds a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
