Michael Rogers has extensive experience in the compliance and legal field, with roles at various major financial institutions. Michael most recently worked as the Chief Compliance Officer at Flexa. Prior to that, they served as a Compliance Senior Advisor and Director at BNY Mellon, where they designed and advised a compliance program for digital asset banking. Michael also worked as a Legal Consultant at Morgan Stanley and as the Chief Compliance Officer at CEX.IO. Michael has held leadership positions at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Coinbase, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, and BNP Paribas, where they played crucial roles in compliance and transformation initiatives. Michael'sexpertise includes cybersecurity, AML, fraud issues, and integrating compliance programs into large banking institutions.
