Mike O’brien

Michael Ontiveros is an experienced data scientist and epidemiologist currently working at the Albuquerque Area Indian Health Board, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at the CDC Foundation as an epidemiologist and as a data scientist and epidemiologist from 2020 to 2023. Michael's experience includes data science roles at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where attendance spanned from August 2019 to August 2020, and a volunteer position at Bienestar Human Services in 2017, supporting syringe services program operations. Michael holds a Master of Health Science degree in Epidemiology from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health Studies from The Johns Hopkins University.
