Joseph Pacatte

Joseph Pacatte is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading teams and managing complex projects. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at Flexcar since 2021, Joseph oversees a team responsible for customer billing systems and successfully migrated functionality to a configurable third-party platform. Previously, as Software Engineering Manager at Placester, Inc. from 2013 to 2020, Joseph managed remote engineering teams and contributed to back-end services and product architecture. Earlier roles include Senior Software Consultant at Intelligent Integration Systems, Inc. and Senior Software Engineer at Predictive Networks. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Liberal Arts in History from Harvard University.
