Rico Leung

Rico Leung is an experienced business development executive currently at Flexciton, specializing in software optimization for wafer fab scheduling. In addition to this role since October 2021, Rico serves as the General Manager for the UK at Motiv Digital Limited, a cloud digital transformation partner, starting in May 2023. Recognized as a semi-finalist in the London Mayor Entrepreneur competition in 2022, Rico has also interned at Mitsubishi Electric and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, gaining valuable automation and IT experience. Previously, Rico held positions at Toboyo Sewing Machine Co. Ltd as a sales and automation technical intern, and as a volunteer and youth ambassador, engaging with community and educational initiatives. Rico's educational background includes a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Royal Holloway and a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Bristol.
