Rob Porter

Rob Porter has extensive work experience in the technology and finance industries. Rob is currently serving as the CTO at FlexEarn since October 2020. Prior to that, they were the CTO at Switchcraft from April 2017 to September 2020. Rob also held the position of Head of Risk Change & Technology at NatWest Markets from January 2016 to March 2017. Rob has had a long tenure at RBS, where they served as the Global Head of Investor Products & Equity Derivatives Technology from January 2012 to March 2017, and as the Global CIO of Equity Derivatives from October 2011 to May 2012. Before RBS, they worked at Merrill Lynch as the Head of EMEA Equity Linked Technology from February 2010 to October 2011.
