Senior Vice President And Acting General Counsel at Flexential

Benjamin Hadary has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Benjamin is currently serving as the Vice President and General Counsel at ANM since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President and Acting General Counsel at Flexential from September 2021. Additionally, Benjamin has experience working as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Flexential from January 2018. Before joining Flexential, they worked as the VP Deputy General Counsel at ViaWest from November 2016 to January 2018.

Benjamin also has a significant background in legal affairs and strategy. Benjamin held the role of Senior Vice President - Legal Affairs at Alpha Natural Resources from July 2014 to February 2015. Additionally, they served as the Vice President Strategy and Business Development at Alpha Natural Resources from November 2013 to July 2014. Prior to that, they held the positions of VP Strategic Initiatives and Vice President and Deputy General Counsel - Strategic Transactions and Finance at Alpha Natural Resources.

Earlier in their career, Benjamin worked as a Board Fellow at San Francisco SPCA in 2012. Benjamin also gained legal experience as Of Counsel at Holland & Hart LLP and as a Partner at Water Waves Enterprises S.A.

Benjamin Hadary's education history includes several degrees and certifications. Benjamin attended Penn State University from 1989 to 1994 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Benjamin then pursued higher education at The George Washington University Law School from 1996 to 1997, specializing in law. Benjamin continued their legal education at Stanford Law School from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree with Distinction.

In 2012 and 2013, Benjamin enrolled at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, focusing on Management, and obtained a Master of Science degree.

Additionally, Benjamin has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Benjamin became a member of the California State Bar in December 1999 and has since become a member of the Colorado State Bar (October 2003), Nevada State Bar (April 2009), Virginia State Bar (December 2010), and Tennessee State Bar (October 2015). In February 2020, they also earned the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) certification from The International Association of Privacy Professionals.
