Mark Heller

Mark Heller has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mark began their career in 1985 as a Repair Engineer at American Computer Repair and stayed there until 1994. In 2000, they joined Day-Timers, Inc as a Senior Network Engineer and worked there until 2008. From 2008 until 2016, Mark worked at Specialty Minerals Inc. in the role of Systems Administrator / Telecommunications Team Leader. Since 2016, they have been employed at Flexential, where they initially served as a Technical Team Lead and later transitioned to the role of Critical Response Engineer.

Mark Heller completed their education at Lehigh Carbon Community College from 2002 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, from 1983 to 1985, they attended Lincoln Technical Institute and earned an Associates Degree in Specialized Electronics, focusing on Electronics.
