Jeannie McDermott

Jeannie McDermott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles, particularly in IT and environmental education. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Support Technician at Flexera since August 2019, Jeannie previously contributed to IT Operations and Sales Operations at RISC Networks, where responsibilities included asset management and Salesforce support. Early career experiences include working as a Real Estate Agent at Century 21 and serving in educational and environmental roles, such as an Environmental Instructor at Tugalo Environmental Education Center and a Utility Forester at Environmental Consultants Inc.
