Jordan Hojati

Jordan Hojati has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Jordan started their career as a Law Clerk at Iowa Title Guaranty, where they processed real estate Title Guaranty Certificates and reviewed title opinions and mortgage documents. Jordan then worked as a Contract Negotiator at Corporate Contracts, LLC, drafting and negotiating contract terms and conditions for IT software, hardware, and services.

In 2011, Hojati joined Flexera as a Senior Corporate Counsel, where they provided legal support and drafted multi-million dollar agreements. Jordan later became the Director of Legal and then the Associate General Counsel, specializing in software licensing, SaaS, professional services, content licensing, and partner agreements. Jordan managed standard template documents for the legal team and advised the sales team on legal and business matters.

In 2022, Hojati was promoted to the role of Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Flexera. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

Jordan Hojati completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business in 2004. Following this, Jordan attended Drake University Law School, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from 2004 to 2007.
