Josh Fraser

Josh Fraser has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Josh started their career at Coopers and Lybrand, LLP in 1995, where they worked in Financial Advisory Services. Josh then moved on to Starwave, where they worked in Business Development. After that, they joined ESPN Internet Ventures in a similar role. In 1999, they became the General Manager at Student Advantage. Josh then worked at CallWave, Inc. as the VP of Business Development and at BabyFans, Inc. as a Co-Founder and Investor. Josh joined RightScale, Inc. in 2008 and held the position of SVP of Sales & Business Development until the company was acquired by Flexera in 2018. At Flexera, they took on various leadership roles including Regional VP of Cloud Sales, VP of Cloud Solutions, VP of Product Management for Flexera One, and currently serves as the VP of Solution Engineering, Hybrid FinOps & IBM, where they oversee solution engineering, executive advisory, and FinOps teams.

Josh Fraser attended Villanova University from 1992 to 1995 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Prior to that, they briefly attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1990 to 1992, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. In addition to their formal education, Josh Fraser obtained the FinOps Certified Practitioner certification from the FinOps Foundation in August 2022.
