Jennifer Forell

Jennifer Forell serves as the Sr. Vice President of Engineering, Supply Chain & Quality at Flexfab, LLC, a position held since March 2010, where responsibilities include oversight of NA sales and customer experience across multiple business units including Heavy Truck, Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, and Specialty. Prior roles at Flexfab included Vice President of Engineering and Sr. Business Unit Director for North America. Jennifer also worked at Wacker Chemie AG from November 2002 to March 2010 as Marketing Manager, handling coordination of commercial and technical aspects for silicone applications, and as Technical Service Manager, providing customer technical service and lab management. Earlier experience at Flexfab included a role as Product and Materials Engineer. Academic qualifications include a BS in Material Science and Engineering from Michigan State University, an MBA in Value Driven Organization from Central Michigan University, and completion of the High Potential Leaders Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2018.
