Philip McHugh

Philip McHugh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and technology sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Group President for Global SMB at Worldpay since May 2024, Philip also holds the position of Chairman at Vodeno, an embedded finance platform in Europe, and serves as an Investor and Strategic Advisor at FlexFactor, an AI-driven platform focused on consumer transaction recovery. Previous roles include CEO of Paysafe Group, SEVP and President of TSYS Merchant Solutions, and CEO of Barclaycard Business Solutions, where responsibilities spanned finance, compliance, and corporate development. Philip’s early career included key positions at Citi and RIGESA LTDA. Philip holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and International Studies from Emory University and furthered education at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
