Courtney-Raé Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Courtney-Raé began their career as a Student at Stellenbosch University, where they earned a degree in Bcomm (Hons) Quantitative Management. Courtney-Raé then joined Bester Feed & Grain ( Pty ) Ltd as an Administrative Co-ordinator, where they handled various tasks such as compiling reports, maintaining relationships with customers, and assisting with administrative requirements for a commodity trading company.

Following this, they worked at Re:Sources as an AP Finance Assistant, managing the accounts payable ledgers for three media agencies within a shared service center. Courtney-Raé'sresponsibilities included ensuring invoices were approved and paid in a timely manner, requiring strong time management skills.

Courtney-Raé then joined David Collins Studio as a Finance Assistant, working within a small finance department. In this role, they managed the purchase and sales ledger, assisted with monthly management accounts, and conducted cost analysis.

Afterwards, they joined ITN as a Group Assistant Accountant, where they supported the Head of Financial Reporting and the Senior Management Accountant. Courtney-Raé'sresponsibilities included maintaining the cash flow forecast, compiling monthly board reports, assisting with treasury tasks and VAT calculations, and supporting the fixed asset register.

Courtney-Raé then took on roles at ITN as a Newsroom Assistant Management Accountant, where they gained experience in managing the relationship between finance departments and the business, and as a TV Production Assistant Management Accountant, where they completed monthly accounts and reported to the Senior Financial Analyst.

In 2019, they transitioned to Flexion Mobile Plc as a Management Accountant, responsible for management accounts for the London and Budapest offices. Courtney-Raé then progressed to the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, where they built the FP&A department, built financial models, compiled the annual budget, monitored company performance, and had significant involvement in a successful acquisition deal.

Throughout their career, Courtney-Raé Robinson has demonstrated strong financial and analytical skills, as well as the ability to drive improvements within finance departments and support strategic initiatives.

Courtney-Raé Robinson's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at Stellenbosch University to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Management Sciences and Quantitative Methods. Courtney-Raé completed this degree in 2011. In 2012, they obtained a Certificate in Supply Chain from SCOR-S and also attended Stellenbosch University to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree in Quantitative Methods. Courtney-Raé'sstudies at Stellenbosch University were completed in the same year.

In 2014, Courtney-Raé Robinson enrolled at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) for the Certificate level in Accounting and Business/Management. Courtney-Raé completed this program in 2015. In the same year, they pursued the Operational level at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

From 2016 to 2017, Courtney-Raé Robinson studied at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants at the Management level. In 2018, they obtained the CIMA Adv Dip MA certification from CIMA.

In 2018, they also pursued the Strategic Level at CIMA and completed it in 2019. Additionally, they are currently enrolled in another Strategic Level program at CIMA, with the end year not specified.
