Meahgan Sweet

Meahgan Sweet is the current Chief of Staff at Flexiti. Prior to this, they worked at Flexiti for 3 years 9 months, where they were a member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for driving the initiatives of the CEO. Before Flexiti, Meahgan worked at KPMG Canada for 4 years 1 month, where they were a Senior Consultant in the Management Consulting practice. While at KPMG, Meahgan pursued a specialization in large-scale operational transformation and worked on projects such as JD Edwards system and process optimization for a land developer and homebuilder in the GTA, a change management plan to strengthen asset management services within a regulated utility, and a market assessment and penetration plan for a healthcare service provider.

Meahgan Sweet has a Masters of International Business from Queen's University and EMLYON Business School, which they obtained in 2014. Meahgan also has a Marketing degree from the University of Saskatchewan, which they obtained in 2013 with High Honours. In addition, they have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from KPMG Business School, which they obtained in 2018.
