Ian Wu

Ian Wu has diverse work experience in the field of HR and compensation and benefits. Ian is currently the Head of Total Rewards & SSC, Global at Flexiv Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager C&B at K11 Concepts Limited, where they led all C&B related matters in China. Ian also worked at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics as an HR Controller and Assistant Compensation Manager. At GE, they served as an ASEAN Payroll Analyst and successfully completed a payroll outsourcing project. Ian started their career at Aon Hewitt as a C&B Supervisor, handling monthly payroll for Fortune 500 companies. Ian also worked as a C&B Specialist at Hankook Tire China. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership skills, handled large teams, ensured high-quality service delivery, and implemented lean methodologies for process improvement.

Ian Wu attended Shanghai University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration.
