WeiHua Lu is a CPA who has held a variety of roles in finance and accounting. WEIHUA began their career in 2008 at EY, where they worked as an Assistant Auditor and then a Senior Auditor. During their time at EY, they were responsible for auditing multinational clients in the automobile and manufacturing industries and owned technical areas such as inventory/cost, revenue recognition, cash flows, corporate income taxes, individual income taxes, AR/AP, long-term assets, and expenses. In 2013, they joined PwC as a Senior Auditor and was a tier 1 performer. While at PwC, they lead a team in annual financial audits and was responsible for audit planning, independence analysis, industry and companies' business analysis, significant estimates retrospective review, audit scoping analysis, etc. In 2018, they joined The Home Depot as an Accounting Manager, where they led a 4 person team in daily accounting operations for 5 entities totaling 1 billion revenue. Finally, in 2019, they joined Flexiv Ltd. as a Finance Director and Senior Finance and Accounting Manager.

Weihua Lu obtained a Bachelor degree in Financial Management and Corporate from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics between 2004 and 2008. Following this, they obtained a Master of Accountancy in Accounting from the University of California, Davis between 2012 and 2013. WEIHUA is also a Certified Public Accountant.
