Mike Mayton

Mike Mayton has over two decades of experience in aircraft maintenance management, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Maintenance Operations at Flexjet since May 2002, where responsibilities include overseeing maintenance control for a fleet of over 200 aircraft and managing third-party maintenance providers. Previous roles at Flexjet include Maintenance Duty Manager, Beechjet/Nextant Fleet Technical Manager, and Maintenance Controller, all of which involved ensuring safe and timely operational status and providing technical support for aircraft. Earlier in their career, Mike worked as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at US Airways and Gulfstream Aerospace. Mike holds an Associate's degree in Airframe and Powerplant from the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics, complemented by foundational education from West Virginia University and Moon Senior High School.
