Jessica Howington

With seven years of experience curating content that builds relationships between job seekers and employers, Jessica Howington serves as the senior content manager at FlexJobs. In her role, she manages over 50,000 company profiles, as well as writing about flexible work for professionals and employers, with a special focus on the military community. Prior to FlexJobs, she tutored college students in writing and business and supported her local milspouse community through various programs.

Jessica holds a B.S. in Healthcare Management. She has supported job seekers looking for work-life balance through media outlets such as CNBC and Forbes, and supported military spouses in their employment endeavours through organizations such as SalutetoSpouses, Blue Star Families, USAA, and NextGen MilSpouse.

With work flexibility, Jessica can experience life and not just work through it. She has been a remote worker since 2009. When not working, Jessica prefers to be outdoors being active with her family but also enjoys wrapping up in a blanket in front of a fire with a good book and cup of coffee.
